INGREDIENTS
1lb Chicken Breast $4.22
Chicken Stuffing (Great Value) $0.82
2 Cups Chicken Broth/or Water (Great Value) $1.33
1 Packet Mashed Potatoes (Idahoan Butter & Herb) $1.12
1 Bag Frozen Veggies (Great Value 12oz) $0.84
1 Can Cream of Chicken (Great Value) $0.58
1 Packet Chicken Gravy (Great Value) $0.74
3 1/2 Cups of Water
1/4 Cup or 1/2 Stick Butter
TOTAL COST $9.65

*PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT*
STEP 1)
CHICKEN
Instant Pot
Season Chicken Breast w/ 1tsp of Salt & Pepper,
Add 2 Cups of Chicken Broth or Water,
Add Lid to Instant Pot,
Make Sure Vent in Sealed,
Set Timer for 12 Minutes,
When Timer Goes Off,
Allow Instant Pot to Vent Naturally for 10 Minutes,
Then Manually Release Vent
Stove Top
Season Chicken Breast w/1tsp of Salt & Pepper
Fill Pot w/Water or Chicken Broth to Cover Chicken Breast,
Let Boil for 30 Minutes or Until Chicken is Cooked All the way Through
