Cheesy French Onion Dip Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole.

Requested by my Husband and Kids as a Favorite.
The kids even love the Broccoli with the French Onion Dip.😀
🥫INGREDIENTS🧀
1lb Chicken Breast $4.22
1 Cup Long Grain Rice (Great Value 16oz) $0.76
Steamable Broccoli Florets (Great Value 12oz) $0.98
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Great Value 10.5oz) $0.58
1 Packet French Onion Soup Mix (Lipton Recipe Secrets 3 Packets) $1.68
Sour Cream (Great Value 16oz) $1.96
2 Cups Shredded Cheese (Great Value 16oz) $3.98
French Fried Onions (Great Value 6oz) $2.44
3 Cups Water
1/2 Tsp Salt
💲TOTAL COST $16.60
*PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT*
STEP 1)
FRENCH ONION DIP
Add 16oz of Sour Cream and
1 Packet Onion Soup Mix
to Bowl and Mix
Once the French Onion Dip is mixed well,
place back in the Refrigerator to cool and firm.
STEP 2)
CHICKEN
Add 1lb of Thawed Chicken Breast and 1 Cup of Water to Instant Pot
(You Can Also Boil in Pot of Water for 30 Minutes)
TIP) I also added 1 Packet of Chicken Bouillon (Herb Ox),
This is optional.
Manuel Set Instant Pot at 12 Minutes.
Make Sure Vent is Closed.
Naturally Vent for 10 Minutes,
Then Manually Release Vent
Once Chicken is Done,
Shred Chicken
STEP 3)
RICE
1 Cup of Long Grain Rice,
and
1/2 Tsp Salt to Pot
Bring Water to Boil,
Turn Down Heath,
Cover with a Lid,
Simmer for 20 Minutes
Once all Water is Absorbed,
Fluff with a Fork
STEP 4)
CASSEROLE
Let's Put it All Together!
Steam Broccoli in Microwave
for about 7 Minutes.
Add Rice,
Shredded Chicken,
and Steamed Broccoli
to Casserole Dish
and Combine.
Add to Dip and
Cream of Mushroom Soup
to Casserole.
Combine.
Mix in 1 Cup of Shredded Cheese
Mix in Half of the French Fried Onions,
Make sure All Ingredients are Well Combined.
Once All Ingredients Are Well Combined,
Sprinkle 1 Cup of Shredded Cheese
and Remainder of French Fried Onions
on Top of Casserole.
Bake at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit for 30 Minutes.
